The Anatomy of a Million Dollar Wholesaling Business

This month we are bringing in a group that has a secret sauce for real estate, it’s not just any team though, it’s Larry and Kandas’ team! 
 
It doesn’t matter if you are working your real estate business alone, have a small team, or have a large team…these guys/girls are going to share their entire business model. They wholesale 7-12 houses each and every month (sometimes more).

Every successful real estate business needs someone to manage the leads, whether it’s you or an assistant. Donna, our long time virtual assistant, will share what she does to manage incoming seller leads, ensuring that no lead is left behind. She will also show how to re-engage sellers, reviving old leads and turning them into “found money” deals. You can use this info to train your own lead manager.

Larry only talks to sellers after our setters have gathered the property details and seller motivation information. The front line are Jean and Jamal. They are going to share the strategies and techniques used to build rapport, getting your prospect to like you and trust you in the first few minutes of the call. This alone will take years off of your learning curve in becoming a professional phone closer! You can use this info immediately when you are talking to sellers or to train your own setter, which could be a virtual assistant, spouse, child or whoever.

Lauren will show how to manage the marketing of all your properties. Marketing your properties does two things. First, it builds your buyers list and second, it sells houses. You must do both at once to be able to sell all your houses fast once you start scaling and closing more than 1-3 deals a month. Our in house marketing manager will share with you what she does to build a huge buyers list and get properties sold in days or even hours, not weeks or months!

will show you how it’s done! She will show you how she qualifies and closes buyers over the phone, selling houses to buyers that have never even seen the house! Once you learn our specific strategies in selling our houses fast, it will become a step and repeat process for you when you follow the model. You must be at the meeting to learn these techniques before getting on the phone with any buyers!

JoClosing Coordinator
No one gets paid until the deal closes. Jo will share firsthand some of the pitfalls and challenges you will have to deal with in order to get your deals closed. There is a real reason people call them “ motivated” sellers. Some of the properties have issues that have to be worked through before closing. The more you know about how to handle these issues that come up, the more deals you will close and the more money you will make. You will learn tips and strategies we use to close deals and get paid that some others would walk away from.

No one gets paid until Teresa says so. She will share firsthand some of the things she does to ensure the money comes in and the team gets paid and how she keeps everything in the black! (Which sometimes means telling Larry NOT to buy anything.)
