We are the oldest, largest and original Real Estate Investor Association in the Charlotte area.

 

Metrolina REIA is also the only local association that has been awarded Chapter status with the National Real Estate Investors Association. 

 

In addition to our awesome local vendor program discounts available, as a national chapter, our members are automatically given a membership to National REIA at no additional charge and are able to take advantage of the many benefits offered through NREIA including, but not limited to vendor discounts and rebates on services, newsletters, additional education, webinars, and updates for Real Estate News and Legislation happenings around the country. 

 

We offer educational events that award PHP (Professional Housing Provider) credits toward certification.
